Frequently Asked Questions

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Remaining balance will be due day of event, BEFORE setup. We will not setup if payment of remaining balance has not been paid.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or postpone your event please do so with at least 5 days notice time. Cancellations made due to weather inclement will result in booking deposit converting into a raincheck that can be used for any rental within one year of the cancellation date. 

We will not setup outside if rain is forecasted, winds exceeding 15 mph, or forecast below 40 degrees at any time during your rental period. Softplay equipment can get very hot in direct sunlight, please plan for setup in a shaded area. We strongly suggest having an indoor alternative in case of inclement weather.

We currently only accept Zelle & Apple Pay for booking deposits, remaining balance must be paid day of event before set up via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash.

Delivery fee applies if event is outside 10 mile radius of 80603.

We will show up to 1 hour before event time to set up. Latest pickup time is 8PM
