A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining amount is due on the day of the event upon our arrival. Please note, setup will not proceed if the remaining balance has not been paid
Booking deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or postpone your event please do so with at least 5 days notice time. Cancellations made due to weather inclement will result in booking deposit converting into a raincheck that can be used for any rental within one year of the cancellation date.
We do not set up outdoors if rain is in the forecast, winds exceed 15 mph, or temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F at any point during your rental period. Soft play equipment can become hot under direct sunlight, so please plan for setup in a shaded or semi-shaded area. We kindly ask that you have an indoor backup location available in case of inclement weather
We currently only accept Zelle & Apple Cash for booking deposits, remaining balance must be paid day of event before set up via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash.
Delivery fee applies if event is outside 10 mile radius of 80603.
We like to arrive 1–2 hours before your event to get everything set up and ready for fun! Our latest pickup time is 8:30 PM
